		<description>Hi Jason, thanks for your message. Yeah, maybe the answer is the small things... if we can appreciate the small things and give small things like short encouragement, thank you notes, etc... that is relatively easy and make us keep on connected to people.
Thanks a lot for a different perspective, networking doesn't seem to be as difficult as it sounds =)

Very interesting perspective about networking. I never thought about it in this context. I believe that relationship building if done right automatically becomes a part of your daily activities.  It almost becomes second nature for you to continuously connect with others. So, I don't usually take a break from networking. However, taking "breaks" for me are when I don't attend as many events, which means that I am taking a "break" from meeting new people.
