		<description>Hi Nick, thanks a lot for your comments, I appreciate that very much that you enjoy my article.
Thanks for your insight on the character development as well, that really bless me, one that is very important step, a quote that has inspired me so many times...

&lt;blockquote&gt;Be what you are.
This is the first step toward becoming better than you are.
-Julius Charles Hare&lt;/blockquote&gt;

The pretense of becoming who we are not will not work, as what you said, we need to remove the defenses we often make for excuses, we need to become who we are, and that is our first step to become better than we are.

Thank you so much for sharing your thought!
I appreciate it very much.

		<description>I loved your article. I don't get to watch much Oprah, but I do think she is a shining star and we need more of them. Your closing quote is profound. I love it and plan to take it to work to put on the boardroom board.

As for developing character, I think that comes form undeveloping all those things you think are you but are not. As you remove the vias, and the defences and the things you put in place to hide yourself behind, then your true character emerges from the veils, but it takes work.

Reading articles like yours helps in the battle.
